you are not supposed to clean suede with water soap, but with that much hard mud stain , you have to.

I wear work boots. For the last few years I've worn entirely handmade leather work boots and I have to say, for shoes this expensive, it's ridiculous they don't make the soles easily replaceable or even provide replacement soles. Like, I get that they fear counterfeiting but you can always show them your original pair and ask for a replacement.

I have Tod’s and Boss version of them. Boss have this kind of gum on heel. After several years of using this is still okay and no need for repair. Tod’s after one year of harder use are in need of changing heels.
